Overview
At Inspect My Vehicle, we strive to provide accurate and reliable vehicle inspection services. Our goal is customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our services, certain refund conditions apply.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Cancellation within 24 hours:
If you cancel your inspection appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may receive a full refund. - Service not delivered:
If our inspector fails to show up or the inspection cannot be completed for reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued. - Duplicate payment:
If a technical issue causes duplicate charges, we’ll refund the excess amount immediately.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The inspection has already been completed.
- Incorrect vehicle details were provided by the customer.
- Cancellations occur less than 24 hours before the appointment.
- The customer disagrees with the inspector’s report findings (since results are based on factual assessments).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@inspectmyvehicle.net with:
- Your full name
- Order/booking ID
- Date of inspection
- Reason for the refund
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
